How are fees and payment terms determined?
Our payment terms are that payment is required before calling begins. Though the campaign setup process can be completed prior to payment. Fees are based on the number of agents and the number of months for the campaign.
How does TTS compare to pay-per-lead companies?
We tend to produce higher quality leads with better information and a much higher hold rate for our meetings. We want to generate leads that will be valuable, and not just get someone to take a meeting who won’t be able to take action on your offering. Our goal is to provide quality and quantity.
What are TTS’s minimum pilot project hours?
Our typical minimum project is one agent for 160 hours or one month. However, we recommend typically 2-3 agents for a 2-3 month project to give us time to ramp up and build a successful funnel.
Can the pilot project be less than 160 hours?
We can do a single agent part-time for an 80 hour pilot, but the output of leads will be lower due to not calling for a full day on a daily basis.
Can TTS reduce it’s hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is based on the number of agents and the length of the contract. We are happy to discuss rates with extended guaranteed engagement periods.
Why is TTS pricing so high?
Our pricing is all-inclusive. You pay simply for the time the agent is calling. Your campaign will also include online reporting, weekly meetings with your account manager, and an involved pre-production process to ensure we have the list, proper scripting and messaging, and training of your calling team.
What if we are unhappy in the middle of the project?
At any time during your campaign, you can invoke a three-day cancellation clause by notifying us in writing. You are not stuck in a contract, and even if we make a long-term agreement, you may still invoke your three-day cancellation clause.
How long does it take to get a campaign launched?
We can typically have a campaign launched in as short as a few days time. It usually takes a week to two weeks to start seeing results, and we like to have three days of undisturbed calling so we can begin to give feedback on scripting, quality of the list, and other observations to improve results.
What is the TTS process before the campaign starts?
Pre-Production meeting, determine client needs, list, scripting, results, etc. As many meetings as needed to get started to make sure everything for the custom campaign is in place.

How many agents does TTS employ?
We can always ramp up or down to what our clients’ needs are. Typically, with the number of campaigns we run, we have 60-80 agents but have resources to augment our staff as required.
How does TTS train the callers for my campaign?
We can have you train them directly, or you can teach our trainer, who will then prepare and coach the team during your campaign.
What are your average dials per hour?
We typically make between 12-20 dials per hour.
Are TTS callers all based in the US?
All callers are located in the US.
Can TTS call internationally?
We can call internationally, and have agents who can call in various languages, such as Spanish and German.
Can clients monitor TTS calls?
We follow all state and federal guidelines regarding recording calls. Located in California; we are not able to record or listen to both sides of a call without announcing we are on the call. We can provide one-sided agent recordings, and our agents are always available for role-playing and training.
Does TTS provide reporting?
We provide you with a 24/7 online reporting portal so you can review the status of your campaign at any time. We can also offer individual reporting that is customized based on your specific needs.
What differentiates TTS from your competitors?
TTS offers more than just Leads. TTS offers a funnel of differing results from “Future Interest”, “Send Information” and finds meaningful insights in “Not Interested”, reasons why and adjusts accordingly to help the client with future endeavors. Most organizations offer an appointment and do not provide the other opportunities.
Can TTS provide lists? Or connect us to an outside list broker?
We have internal lists that we can provide free of charge. If we do not have an internal list, we do also have an outside list broker we can refer you to. If you choose to work with that broker, we also extend the discount they provide us to you, so that you are getting the list at the same cost we would. Or you can use both our list and our brokers as well.
Can TTS send emails?
Yes, we can do a mass emailing on your behalf. During your campaign, our agents can send informational emails as well. We can do this from our systems, or you can provide us with an email address for your callers to us.
Can TTS help with script writing?
Yes. During your pre-production process, our team will work with you to determine messaging, qualifications, and objection handling. We can provide you with a script for approval before calling. We will also work with the callers to improve the script as we learn more about your prospects and solutions.

We have case studies available and are always happy to share prior campaign results with you with clients who are not under NDA with us.
